Welcome to my dictionary. Here is the definition of some of the words i use a lot, and how i use them. =) if something is in ( ) s that means that sometimes i add/use that, sometimes i don't, depending.
I got this idea from Emily's World
Boo!
Usually when there is a lull in the convorsation.. i just throw in 'Boo' then of course
you must get very scared and go "AHHHH!!!!!!" or say something like *screams jumps so high shirt gets
caught in the ceiling fan and is now dangling there*. You get the idea :)
Monkey
Used as a replacement for pretty much any other existant (or non) word. Check context for meaning in a particular
sentence =)
mew
this isn't used to much anymore, but it makes an occasional appearance, it often means
"what?" "huh?" "i don't understand/ get it".
Mrrrrow
Also can mean "what?" or it could just be pleasant purring, or like 'Boo!' used during a
break in conversation.
(*)growl(*) or grrrrrrrr
Often expressing anger or frustration. Like GRRRR!!! My dog just was chewing my stich
luv
an obviouly British suffix used as a sign of affection, i add to words, like my friend John, Now goes by "John luv".
or I might say, "I'm sorry to say it luv, but your a monkey!" I think i picked this up from one of my UK friends i met on
beliefnet.com teen boards
Spiffy
Means 'neat' or 'cool' or 'groovy'
Goode
This one i unintentionally picked up from Henrique. he used it so much i couldn't help it. This is merely an alteration of
the spelling of 'good' it's not that i can't spell ;)
I'll bite your nose/face off! or simply I'll bite you!
My version of a threat i often use it for a slight add of humor to when i'm ticked off and 'bout to start screaming. Or just
playfully like "Anna, if you play that song again, i'll bite you head off! *laugh*"
ta
Picked this up from my UK friends, meaning "thank you"
soz
This one is from my Friends down under, in Australia. means "Sorry"
Moo
I've had this one since 7th grade, when my I first found my Invisible (NOTE: not Imaginary!) pet cow, Invisibob.
Jeebus!
My trying-not-to-affend-anyone sign of exclamation that usually escapes from my mouth before i can do anything about it
